Tesla Austin Robotaxi Program Reports 15 Crash Incidents with Limited Unsupervised Operations
Tesla's Austin robotaxi program operates roughly 35 vehicles with in-car safety supervisors, has managed only a single truly unsupervised robotaxi in a limited area, and has reported 15 crash incidents to NHTSA since launching in June 2025.
